Aiza Pedregon, she/her

Resident Teaching Artist

Aiza is a multi-racial Latina artist, passionate about the journey of self-discovery and creative exploration. As an artist, her work celebrates and honors the variety of cultures that have shaped her identity through her travels and community. Her art is all about color, life, emotion and feeling the feels; a reflection of the human experience.

She’s had the privilege of guiding young artists to embrace their unique identities and cultural heritage through art camps, community centers, programs, travel abroad, as well as in the classroom. Her teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that art is a universal language that can bridge gaps and connect hearts. She strives to create a nurturing and inclusive environment where young artists can explore their emotions, express themselves, understand the beauty of diversity, and use their creativity to spark conversations and cultivate community.
