she/her

Amanda graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Product Design from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston Mass, igniting her creative journey into the realm of art and design. Upon relocating to San Diego that same year, she immersed herself in various creative pursuits, beginning with a role as a graphic designer for Hobie Cat Co. However, her passion for artistic expression soon led her to establish a freelance company, specializing in painting surfboards and adorning San Diego’s streets with vibrant murals. Beyond traditional mediums, Amanda’s creativity extends into the world of tattoo design drawing, where she seamlessly blends art and storytelling to craft unique, personal pieces.

Alongside her artistic endeavors, she has dedicated herself to the world of fitness, serving as both a CrossFit coach and personal trainer for over four years. Through coaching both able-bodied and adaptive athletes, she has developed a deep appreciation for the strength and resilience of the human spirit. Amanda’s journey has also led her into the realm of emergency medical services, where she served as an EMT for Falck San Diego, gaining invaluable firsthand experience with the diverse communities that comprise this dynamic city. Now, as a teaching assistant at Art Reach San Diego, she is thrilled to share her passion for art and design with the next generation of creative minds, inspiring them to explore their own artistic potential and make meaningful contributions to the world around them.
