Ryana Contreras has over a decade of professional experience in nonprofit program management in San Diego. Currently on staff at the International Rescue Committee, Ryana manages a statewide initiative supporting families impacted by detention or deportation. From managing staff, volunteers and interns, to project deliverables and budgets, she has a proven track record of successfully growing programs in alignment with the mission of the organization. Additionally, she has created experiences for families and youth, and hosted community gatherings for thousands of participants, research conferences, fundraisers and hundreds of engaging events.
